What shipping and handling fees will you charge for my order(s)?

For the most destinations within EUROPE, shipping and handling fees are

Shipping in a registered Letter (small pagage): 8.50 EURO ( ~$12.55 USD ) for little pagages until 1 kg / 2.21 Pounds (registered Letter / small pagages - shipping is insured up to 35 EUR!)
Shipping in a Standart DHL pagage: 17,- EURO ( ~$22.65 USD ) for the most packages (until 5 kg / 11.05 Pounds) ( insured up to 50 EUR, DHL Pagage without AIRMAIL)
Shipping in a Premium DHL pagage: 24,- EURO ( ~$35.40 USD ) for the most packages (until 5 kg / 11.05 Pounds) ( insured up to 500 EUR, DHL Pagage with AIRMAIL)

the standard dispatch for international pagages without premium Service (Airmail) is only insured until 50 EUR! AIRMAIL (Premium Service) Shipping is insured until 500 EUR!

For all other destinations worldwide, shipping & handling will be calculated accordingly with weight of the package and destination. Please note that oversea shipping might be considerably higher. Some examples:

Shipping in a registered Letter (small pagage) to USA / CANADA: 12.50 EURO ( ~$16.65 USD ) for little pagages until 0.5 kg / 1.1 Pounds (registered Letter / small pagages AIRMAIL - insured up to 35 EUR!)
Shipping in a registered Letter (small pagage) to USA / CANADA: 17.20 EURO ( ~$22.90 USD ) for little pagages until 1 kg / 2.21 Pounds (registered Letter / small pagages AIRMAIL -insured up to 35 EUR!)
Shipping in a insured DHL pagage: 33.50 EURO ( ~$44.60 USD ) for packages 2 -> 5 kg / 4.42 -> 11.05 Pounds ( insured DHL pagage up to 500 EUR, AIRMAIL )

the standard dispatch for international pagages with the registered letter is only insured until 35 EUR! If you want a higher insurance (until 500 EUR) we must use DHL's "Wert International" who costs 2,05 EUR extra - please inform us in the note that you want the extra insurance and we add these costs to your order!

Maybe we can ship with a registered letter / SEAMAIL - in these case the shipping costs are much cheaper as our shop tells you! ASK FOR YOUR SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE YOU ORDER!! ( the weight of your order is important! ) We will recalculate then the shipping costs after your order (ore before)!

What types of payment do you accept?

We only accept for International Customers European Banktransfer with IBAN and BIC Code, Cash Payment (send it in a registered letter!) ore Paypal Payment.

IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU PAY: Do not send your payment before you get a Status - Correction from us..First with a Status "in Progress" you can be sure we have got your order and we have the items in Stock!

Preorders?

Preorders for comming items are not integrated in our shop! If you want to place a preorder you must E-Mail us with your wishes! After checking the comming price and the available of the items you will got a mail from us and you can make your choice about a preorder. For this we need your absolute agreement of a preorder by mail!
